Deadlines

Submission deadlines are the 12th of the preceding month. All material must be received in the office by 5:00 pm on the deadline day. Deadlines are firm.

Submission guidelines

Ads must be submitted as electronic files as an email attachment or on disc. Discs will be returned upon request. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Accepted formats:

• TIFF — minimum 200 dpi
• PDF — use print resolution and with fonts embedded
• EPS — fonts outlined or embedded

Your ad will not be published without your approval. We provide proofs via fax or email (PDF attachment). All ads must be approved prior to publication.
